Billet crankshaft EJ20 / 75mm

Crankshaft for 2.0L EJ20 / EJ22 is made from solid aerospace billet steel.

The crankshaft is fully balanced to 0.1 g using the latest Sunnen machines.
Product features:

-Tapered oil holes

-Crank pin and counterweights drilled to reduce weight and rotating mass
-Double the flow rate of the oil supply

-Weight reduction through conical rod bearings

Technical features:
-CNC processing

– Hardened using the ION plasma nitriding process
-Multi-stage heat treatment
