The 15mm thick aluminum inserts ensure that the cylinder liner is massively reinforced and supported. This enables high boost pressures without the cylinder liner starting to oscillate, vibrate, tear, etc. The CNC milled cooling channels have an optimized flow that significantly increases the performance and safety of the engine. Finally, the engine is planned so that a flawless “mirror finish” is achieved.
